Sutivan is a tourist resort on the north side of the island of Brac, just 13 km away from Split. The inscription on the family's summer residence from the XVII century Kavanjin "OSTIUM NON HOSTIUM" ( lat. - Doors open only to friends ) became a symbol of welcome from friendly hosts.
