In the living room there is a kitchen (electric hotplate, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, sink with basic eating and cooking equipment, coffe filter aparat), a dining area with a sitting sofa, which leads to a stone terrace. The apartment is air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. Living room has the terrace which is paved with stone and has a view of the sea, and is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol. The bathroom has a shower.
The apartment has a swimming pool use is at your disposal 42 m2 with Jacuzzi, the pool with sun loungers and parasols, as well as space for a BBQ with tables from the covered roof and the trees kiwi. The overall size of the pool, space for sunbathing and BBQ summer kitchen is 240 m2 and is used by all six of apartments in the villa.
